I have Star City Council on June 4 th . Could the item be deferred until June 11 th ? I will get pictures of the out of bounds
stakes.

I just spoke with Jock Hewitt about the staff report. He indicates the Spurwing Club delineates the rear of the private lots
with white out of bound stakes. The stakes inform the golfer his ball is off the course and on private property. The Club
maintains the stakes. This is customary for lots along golf courses.
I also discussed the requested revisions to the landscape plan and he is concerned with the wrought iron requirement.
He is not available to meet with me today and go through the report and conditions. Therefore, he respectfully requests
deferral of the item to the next available City Council meeting.

Are you in agreement with the staff report and do you have a revised LP for me and/or a plan showing how you plan to
delineate between the privately owned lots and the golf course? Or are you planning to ask for Council’s approval as-is?
