He indicates the Spurwing Club delineates the rear of the private lots with white out of bound stakes. The stakes inform the golfer his ball is off the course and on private property. The Club maintains the stakes. This is customary for lots along golf courses. I also discussed the requested revisions to the landscape plan and he is concerned with the wrought iron requirement. He is not available to meet with me today and go through the report and conditions. Therefore, he respectfully requests deferral of the item to the next available City Council meeting.
