Steve O'Brien indicates that the irrigation ditch is to be removed. I did not agree to removal of the ditch behind my
property, and I do not believe my neighbor did either. Mr. Jayo and Mr. Breckon knew we did not want it removed.
am happy to see that there will be a 10' utility easement along the new lots. With the house heights to be up to 24
feet, they will loom over my 14 foot tall home even when set back 25 feet (10 foot easement and 15 foot patio) from
the ditch. If they were only 15 feet from the ditch they would definitely hang over my backyard.
I would like the record to show that I did not and will not give my permission to have this ditch buried. Hopefully it gives
the existing homes that additional 10 foot setback for the utility easement.
