Pine St City of Meridian Planning Division for a UDC Text Amendment to update certain sections of the UDC pertaining to notification of violations and definitions in Chapter 1; residential dimensional standards and allowed use tables in Chapter 2; ditches, laterals, canals or drainage courses; outdoor lighting; outdoor storage; traveling living quarters; landscape standards; parking standards; qualified open space and variance processing in Chapter 3; specific use standards for educational institution, indoor shooting range, multi-family development and restaurant in Chapter 4; public hearing, fees, variances and alternative compliance in Chapter 5 AND othe r miscellaneous sections, by City of Meridian Planning Division for UDC Text Amendment (H-2019-0049) Engineering Solutions LLP for a Text Amendment to create a new residential self-storage use that includes a definition; specific use standards and specifies conditional use approval in the R-15 and R-40 zoning districts for Residential Self- Service Storage Facility (H-2019-0034) Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written testimony may be submitted prior to the hearing, either in person or via U.S. Mail, to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite 104, Meridian, Idaho 83642, or by email to cityclerk@meridiancity.org. Persons interested in being heard regarding the above applications should plan to submit written testimony or testify at the hearing. All written testimony and all materials presented at the hearing shall become property of the City of Meridian and public records subject to the provisions of the Idaho Public Records Act.
