28, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Meridian, Ada County, Idaho
being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 28 from which the East
114 corner of said Section 28 bears North 00031'08" East, 2837.33 feet;
thence along the East boundary line of said Section 28 North 00031'08" East,
1,629.05 feet to the centerline intersection of said W. Twisted Creek St. and N. Black
Cat Rd.;
thence leaving said East boundary line and along the centerline of W. Twisted
Creek St. North 89028'52" West, 48.00 feet to the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence leaving said centerline South 0031'08" West, 50.29 feet to a point on
the southerly right-of-way line of said W. Twisted Creek St.;
thence along said southerly right-of-way line the following 3 courses and
distances:
