being the East 16 feet of the West Ohne-half of the North 246
feet of Block 4,, Noursets Third Addition, Meridian, Ada _
County, Idaho.
Also strips of land 8 feet wide extending from the lateral
sewer westerly to the boundary-of.adjoining property in
the North 246.feet of Block 4, Noursets Third Addition;
Meridian, gala County, Idaho.
The sewer pipe on said land shall be laid not more than
six feet west of the east boundary of the above described
property..
AND WHEREAS, the grantee herein desires to construct a pipe
line for conveying sewage upon and across the above described land `
in connection with additional sewer lines and sewage treatment
plant authorized by bond election in said city held August 30, 1955.
THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of one dollar ($1.00)
lawful money of the United States and other good and valuable con-
sideration in'hand paid,' the receipt for which is hereby acknow-
ledged, the undersigned, F. E. Morford and Tacoma Morford,
do hereby give and grant the City of Meridian, its successors,
and assigns forever, the right to lay, maintain, operate, use, re-
pair and remove a certain pipe line for conveying sewage through,
over and across the -above described real property for the purpose
aforesaid.
