ing Southerly and parallel to the Boise Meridian a distance of ,
50 feet to the South boundary of the above, owners property in
Noursets Third Addition, Meridian, Ada County, Idaho.

AND WHEREAS, the grantee herein desires to construct a pipe
line for conveying'sewage upon and across the above described la#d
in connection with additional sewer lines and sewage treatment
plant authorized by bond election in said city held August 30, 1955.
THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of one dollar ($1.00)
lawful money of the United States and other good and valuable con-
sideration in hand'paid, the receipt for which is hereby acknow-
ledged, the undersigned, C. W. CARPENTER and i CARPENTER,
do hereby give and grant the City of Meridian, its successors,
and assigns forever, the right to lay, maintain, operate, use, re-
pair and remove a certain pipe line for conveying sewage through,
over and across the above described real property for the purpose
aforesaid'.
