Project Location 6343 North Linder Road, south of US-20/26 milepost 36.20
Project Description
Approve a short plat for 2 buildable lots on approximately 1.61 acres in the C-G
zoning district
Applicant JRW Construction
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) reviewed the referenced short plat application and has the
following comments:
1. This project abuts the State highway system.
2. The access to this parcel is permitted under ITD Permit No. 3-15-372.
3. ITD has completed a corridor study of US-20/26. The corridor study shows the future corridor at
this intersection will have a Continuous Flow Intersection (CFI) that may require expansion on
the southern leg of the intersection. A view of the corridor study plan for this area can be found

4. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway.
5. The Idaho Administrative Procedures Act (IDAPA) 39.03.60 governs advertising along the State
highway system. The applicant may contact Justin Pond, Right-of-Way Section Program
Manager, at (208) 334-8832 for more information.

6. ITD does not object to the short plat as presented in the application.
