NOTICE IS HEREBY GIV-
EN pursuant to the Ordi-
nances of the City of Meridian
and the Laws of the State of
Idaho that the City Council of
the City of Meridian will hold
a public hearing at the Meridi-
an City Hall, 33 East Broad-
way Avenue, Meridian, Idaho,
at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on
Tuesday, May 28, 2019 for
the purpose of reviewing and
considering the applications
of:
Trilogy Development, Inc
for an Annexation and Zon-
ing of 125.68 acres of land
with an R-8 zoning district;
and a Preliminary Plat con-
sisting of 401 building lots, 55
common lots and 5 other lots
on 117.10 acres of land in the
R-8 zoning district for Gander
Creek (H-2019-0013) located
SW Corner of N. McDermott
Rd. and W. McMillan Rd.
PD Larson & Co. for An
Ammendment to the Com-
prehensive Plan Future
Land Use Map to change the
land use designation on 2.46
acres of land from Low Den-
sity Residential to Commer-
cial, and Annexation and
Zoning of 2.46 acres of land
from the RUT (Rural to Urban
Transit) zoning district to a C-
C (Community Business)
zoning district for future addi-
tion of a convenience store
and fuel sales facility to the
existing farmers market for
Wagner Farms (H-2019-
0035) located 3240 W. Chin-
den Blvd.
Brighton Investments,
LLC for a Preliminary Plat
Consisting of 21 building liots
and 7 common lots on 5.25
acres of land in the R-8 zon-
ing district for Bainbridge
Southeast (H-2019-0042) lo-
cated West Side of N. Ten
Mile Rd.
Copies of the above appli-
cations are available for re-
view upon request. Any inter-
ested persons shall be heard
at said public hearing. Oral
testimony may be limited to
three (3) minutes per person.
Written testimony may be
submitted prior to the hear-
ing, either in person or via
U.S. Mail, to Meridian City
Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite
104, Meridian, Idaho 83642,
or by email to
cityclerk@meridiancity.org.
Persons interested in being
heard regarding the above
applications should plan to
submit written testimony or
testify at the hearing. All writ-
ten testimony and all materi-
als presented at the hearing
shall become property of the
City of Meridian and public
records subject to the provi-
sions of the Idaho Public
Records Act. Anyone desiring

ties related to documents
and/or hearings should con-
