This request is to modify the final plat landscape plan to remove the wrought iron fencing adjacent to the golf course. The final plat modification approved in 2018 showed wrought iron fencing was to be constructed by the individual lot The subdivision is incorporated into the Spurwing Golf Course Association and each lot owner pays annual membership fees. Formerly, new owners of the golf course did not want any pedestrian or cart connection to the golf course. However, many of the homes in the surrounding phases of Spurwing have not constructed fences, and the developer wishes to leave the option open to each individual homeowner based on their needs. A stucco wall has been constructed on Chinden Boulevard that serves as perimeter fencing for the development.
