The following Recommendations should be modified:

Page 2. Item # 4 of the Recommendation:
The applicant has already installed a sidewalk adjacent to Franklin Road, therefore the
recommendation shall read as follows:
4. Per Ordinance 12-5-2.K, the subdivider will be responsible to construct _a new,
five (5) foot wide sidewalks adjacent to Eagle Road/SH._ and Franklin Road. The
sidewalk design and location should be coordinated with ITD for Eagle Road/SH
55_. and with AC,Uti) for Franklin Road.

Please revise the recommendation to read as follows:
6. Per Ordinance 12 13- 10-3, All landscaped street buffers may be placed within
a landscape easement, must bc on a scparatc common lot, maintained by a
business-owners association. All landscaping is to be done prior to issuance of a
building permit.

Please revise the recommendation to read as follows:
5. The Evans Drain shall be tiled. Tilling shall be done prior to the issuance of a
building permit for new construction within the Subdivision. All irrigation
ditches ......
