Request for a One-Year Time Extension for Recording of the Troy Place
Subdivision Final Plat by Pinnacle Engineers, Inc. (File No. TE-05-00l).
We have reviewed the above referenced submittals and offer the following comments as
conditions of approval. These conditions shall be considered in full, unless expressly
modified or deleted by motion of the Meridian City Council:
APPLICATION SUMMARY & BACKGROUND
The applicant, Pinnacle Engineers, Inc., has requested approval of a one-year time extension for
recording the Final Plat for Troy Place Subdivision. The final plat consisted of 3 residential
building lots and 1 common lot on .73 acre in an R-15 zone.
The Preliminary/Final Plat was approved by City Council on May 25, 2004. The applicant has
submitted their request for a time extension within one year of the original approval, as required
by MCC 12-3-8.
LOCATION
The property is located at 1236 E. 2 Y2 Street, in the NW \4 of Section 7, T.3N. R.IE.
RECOMMENDATION
Planning and Zoning staff recommends approval of the requested one-year time extension of the
Final Plat for Troy Place Subdivision.
