Saguaro Subdivision No.2 Final Plat
As a requirement of the preliminary plat for Saguaro Subdivision, the applicant was
required to provide a secondary emergency access point to the subdivision when the
lots proposed exceeded 50 lots. No such access was provided with the application
for phase 2. I spoke with the applicant, Justin Martin, today and he will submit a
plan showing how they propose to provide temporary access. The Fire Department
will need to review the proposed access for approval.
Staff is requesting that this item be deferred to the next available city council
meeting to give the applicant time to submit the necessary plans and give staff time
to prepare a staff report.
