Satisfaction of Non-Build Aareement
This is to certify that HAVASU CREEK. LLC, has satisfied all Meridian Public Works
Department water and sewer requirements referred to in the agreement between the CITY OF
MERIDIAN and HAVASU CREEK LLC, date arch 11,2004 and recorded into Ada County
Records as Instrument Number ' The City of Meridian will now process the
issuance of building permits for lots 19 through 23, Block 17, in Cobre Basin Subdivision #3
(FP-04-013) based on said requirements, and the City of Meridian hereby releases HAVASU
CREEK. LLC from its agreement not to build on the above-named lots.
