The Ada County Highway District has reviewed the submitted application for the preliminary plat referenced
above and has determined that there are no improvements required to the adjacent street(s).
Access to the site will be approved by ACHD as part of a future development application and should be
noted on the final plat.
The applicant has provided a site plan, referenced below, for a future CZC application for approval of a
parking lot expansion. ACHD will evaluate the access to the site with that application.
