The proposed final plat seems to be consistent with the approved PP, except that it depicts 2 fewer building lots than the PP which is deemed to substantially conform with the approved PP as required. My staff report is due today, do you want to continue? Also, I need a common driveway exhibit that depicts compliance with the following PP condition: 1.1.8 Submit an exhibit with the final plat application that depicts the setbacks, fencing, building envelope, and orientation of the lots and structures accessed by a common driveway. The driveway(s) for adjacent lots (i.e. Lots 25 and 31, Block 1) that meet the minimum street frontage requirement but aren't taking access via the common driveway should be located on the opposite side of the shared property line away from the common driveway and shown on the exhibit accordingly. The official preliminary plat shows more lots.
