The Ada County Highway District has reviewed the submitted application for the preliminary plat referenced
above and has determined that there are no improvements required to the adjacent street(s). The proposed
preliminary plat is approved without conditions. Improvements were constructed previously as required by
MPP-13-031/MDA-03-019, Knighthill Center Subdivision in December 2013.
The applicant should change Plat Note #5 to read as follows:
Direct Lot access to Linder Road is Prohibited.
The applicant will be required to pay all platting and review fees prior to final plat approval.
