In accordance with the City of Meridian public hearing process listed in UDC 11-
5A-6, I personally posted or attest that the subject property was properly posted
on 4/12/19 which is at least ten (10) days prior to the scheduled
public hearing for April 23, 2019 for the
City Council

affidavit. The sign(s) will be removed no later than three (3) days after the public
hearing.
