1. That I am a citizen of the United States,
and at all times hereinafter mentioned
was over the age of eighteen years, and
not a party to the above entitled action.
2. That I am the Principle Clerk of the
Meridian Press, a weekly newspaper
published in the City of Meridian, in the
County of Ada, State of Idaho; that
the said newspaper is in general
circulation in the said County of
Ada, and in the vicinity of
Meridian, and has been
uninterruptedly published in said
County during a period of seventy-eight
consecutive weeks prior to the first
publication of this notice, a copy of
which is hereto attached.
3. That the notice, of which the annexed is
a printed copy, was published in said
newspaper 1 time(s) in the regular and
entire issue of said paper, and was
printed in the newspaper proper, and not
in a supplement.

LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE OF HEAR ING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of
the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that
the Cit y Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public
hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue,
Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April
23, 2019 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the ap-
plications of:
T-O Engineers for a Short Plat to convert existing 17,800
square-foot multi-tenant commercial building, which has re-
ceived building permits for construction, in to three (3) tenant
spaces and two (2) common areas for Quintale Condomini-
ums Project No. 1 (H-2019-0031) located 4574 N. Ten Mile
Rd.
West Ada School District for a Short Plat for two build-
able lots on approximately 18.974 acres of land in the I-L
zoning district for Bengal Parking (H-2019-0045) located
915 E. Central Dr.
The Land Group for Annexation and Zoning of 2.34 acres
of land with a C-G zoning district to accommodate the con-
struction of a parking lot for the Idaho College of Osteopathic
Medicine (ICOM) for ICOM Parking Expansion (H-2019-
0019) located at 885 S. Locust Grove Rd.
Dallas Hess Inc. for a Modification to the UDC (11-3A-
6D) requirement for irrigation easements wider than 10 feet
to be included in a common lot that is a minimum of 20 feet
wide and outside of a fenced area, to allow the irrigation
easement on Lots 4-12, Block 3, Bainbridge Hess Subdivi-
sion No. 2 to be located within adjacent building lots and not
a common lot for Bainbridge Hess Subdivision No. 2 (H-
2019-0047) located 1/2 mile South of W. Chinden Blvd.,East
of N. Black Cat Rd.
Copies of the above applications are available for review
upon request. Any interested persons shall be heard at said
public hearing. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3)
minutes per person. Written testimony may be submitted pri-
or to the hearing, either in person or via U.S. Mail, to Meridi-
an City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite 104, Meridian, Idaho
83642, or by email to cityclerk@meridiancity.org. Persons in-
terested in being heard regarding the above applications
should plan to submit written testimony or testify at the hear-
ing. All written testimony and all materials presented at the
hearing shall become property of the City of Meridian and
public records subject to the provisions of the Idaho Public
Records Act. Anyone desiring accommodation for disabilities
related to documents and/or hearings should contact the City
Clerk's Office at 208-888-4433 at least 72 hours prior to the
hearing.
