Subject: Common lot Comparion - Baraya
Sonya,
here are two exhibits at the same 300 scale showing the Baraya common lot areas (SF) in 2007 versus
2019.....we have increased the overall open space by 0.8 acres since 2007....We were able to do this while
maintaining the overall 334 lot count since the alley loaded townhomes are more efficient sized...so we had to
give up some building lots and convert them to open space to keep our max at 334. so we should be
good. thanks for asking since I have wanted to go through the comparison for awhile but keep finding other
things to do :)
