Sonya,
here is the site plan from early 2007 when the preplat was originally approved. I will work on the most recent
for a comparison. with the R8 zoning ordinance dimensional standards change a few years ago, we were able to
shift some 40's around the perimeter in both R8 and R15 instead of just in the R15. We also changed the
attached R15 FRONT loaded townhomes on the perimeters and made them alley-loaded attached instead which
is an improvement. So instead of just detached alley loaded we have both attached and detached alley loaded
products. I will measure open space with the new, but I think we actually went up from 2007. will work on it
tonight.
Kevin,
can you just send me the latest overall linework and I will make a similar exhibit for "2019"?
