Project Name ENTRATA FARMS SUBDIVISION NO. 1
Project Location 3880 and 3882 West Franklin Road, south of I-84 milepost 46.49
Project Description
Construct a subdivision consisting of 128 residential units and 3 common lots on
18.18 acres of land in the R-15 zoning district.

The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) reviewed the referenced final plat application and has the
following comments:
1. This project does not abut the State highway system.
2. ITD received a Traffic Impact Study for the Entrata Farms Subdivision. The Ten Mile
Interchange was not studied in the TIS. This development will gain access to the State Highway
system at the I-84 / Ten Mile Road interchange. The City is reminded that the I-84 corridor is
already congested. This project will increase the number of vehicle trips in the corridor. ITD has
no current funding assigned to mitigate traffic congestion in the I-84 corridor in this area.
3. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway.
4. The Idaho Administrative Procedures Act (IDAPA) 39.03.60 governs advertising along the State
highway system. The applicant may contact Justin Pond, Right-of-Way Section Program

5. ITD does not object to the construction of a subdivision consisting of 128 residential units as
presented in the application.
