SITE Consulting, LLC did not perform groundwater monitoring of the project site. According to the report, groundwater was not encountered in any of the soil exploration. Additionally, well logs were obtained from IDWR for two recently drilled nearby monitoring wells. Groundwater was not encountered during drilling which was advanced to depths of up to 25 -feet below the existing ground. SITE Consulting, LLC, concluded that groundwater elevations would be greater than 20 -feet below the existing ground.
