Volterra Heights No. 5 subdivision is located on the south side of W. McMillan Road containing approximately 11 acres, and is part of the Bridgetower Community. The site is located in the City of Meridian with a zoning designation of R-8 and was preliminary platted under the name Volterra Heights Subdivision. The site is bordered to the east by Volterra Heights No. 2, the south by the proposed Volterra Heights No. 4, to the west, unplatted land and the north McMillan Road. The project consists of 42 buildable lots and 3 common lots for a total of 45 lots in this phase. The common lots are to be owned and maintained by the Homeowners Association. All of the lots in Volterra Heights No. 5 Subdivision front on public streets and will have access to public utilities located within or adjacent to these Rights of Way. Sewer and potable water is provided to the site. Pressurized irrigation will be provided to each lot in the subdivision. The system will be owned and maintained by the Homeowners Association.
