Keller Associates, Inc., as an authorized agent of The West Ada School District, is hereby submitting a
Short Plat application for Lot 2 Block 1 of the Jabil Subdivision. The Jabil Subdivision is record on pages
10179-10180 of Book 88, Ada County Recorder's Office.
The proposed lot split is being done to allow the West Ada School District to sell a portion of their existing
property to the State of Idaho, which intends to construct additional parking for the Idaho State University
Meridian Idaho Campus. Proposed construction improvements will be designed and constructed under a
separate design package.
