Final Plat Submittal
Dear Honorable Mayor and City Council Members,
On behalf of Challenger Development, Inc., this letter is to accompany the Final Plat
submittal for Baraya Subdivision No. 4. The original Preliminary Plat (PP -06-062) was
approved on July 10, 2007 and extended several times until January 10, 2017. Baraya
Subdivision No. 1 was recorded on December 12, 2016. Baraya Subdivision No. 2 was
recorded on September 18, 2018. Baraya Subdivision No. 3 is under construction with an
anticipated final plat recordation in the summer of 2019.
The submitted final plat on 9.88 acres for 67 building lots and 3 common lots in an R-15
zone substantially conforms to the original Annexation (AZ -06-061), Preliminary Plat
(PP -06-062) and Development Agreement (#107123289) recorded for the site and meets
all the requirements thereof.
The submitted final plat, development plans, and landscape plans conform to the UDC
and all applicable engineering, architectural, and surveying practices and local standards.
