I have reviewed the installation and completion of the landscape for Zebulon Commons per the Final Plat
Landscape Plans dated ll29ll4. The following are my findings for the Certificate of Completion for the City of
Meridian.
. o Overall Existing the fencing landscape on east appears side property to be well line done was retained and completed north (to per canal) plans and with south additions (1 lot) as
of listed W. Milford. below.
o 2 Pine trees and 2 shade trees have been added to the common lot (Block 2,Lot7).
o Lawn sod has been installed in common area parkstrips and playground area. Common lot (Block 2, Lot
7) has been seeded.
. All fencing has been installed per plans.
. Playground area has been installed per plans.
o Trees and lawn in front of home lots are to be installed during the home construction per Landscape
Note #9 on the Final Plat Landscape Plans.
. The irrigation system was not inspected but I witnessed it running during my review and the planting
and lawn areas appear to be receiving adequate amounts of water.
