We have no issues other then a clarification related to General Condition #1. It is our intent to tile the irrigation supply ditch along the South side of Lot 1, Block 1 and the drain ditch along the Locust Grove frontage (East side of Lot 1, Block 1) once the overall pressure irrigation for the Subdivision is constructed (Phase 2). Once the storage pond and the pump station are built the existing ditches are to be re-routed and the two ditches discussed above are obsolete. We have discussed this strategy with staff and sent staff a letter from the Kames Lateral President confirming their acceptance of this strategy. We have no issue w/ General Condition #1, since that's our plan as well, but want to make sure this doesn't slow down the approvals/signatures of the Phase 1 subdivision.
