I thought it would be a good idea to get how the Gramercy District sign received approval and what sign allowance is left
for Block 1:
r To get approval of a sign exceeding 20 feet overall height and 80 s.f in background area, the applicant combined
the street frontages for Lots 2,3,4, & 5, Block 1 for a total of 784.11(750 lineal feet is the minimum required for
such sign).
o Lots 1, 5, 6, 7, & 8 are allowed a freestanding sign not to exceed 20 feet in OAH & 80 s.f. in background area.
o Lot 1 can have a sign located on Overland Road.
. Lots 5 - 8 can have a sign located on Gala street.
I will print this off and add to the record too.
