The Meridian City Council special meeting was called to order at 5:32 pm on
Tuesday, February 19, 2019 by Mayor, Tammy de Weerd.
Members Present: Anne Little Roberts, Ty Palmer, Treg Bernt, Genesis Milam,
Luke Cavener and Mayor de Weerd
Staff Present: C.Jay Coles and Bill Nary.
Item 1. Roll-call Attendance:

Item 2. Adoption of the Agenda:
Cavener: I move we Adopt the Agenda
Milam : Second
De Weerd: It has been moved and second to Adopt the Agenda as published.
All those in favor.
ALL AYES MOTION CARRIED
Item 3. Executive Session
Executive Session per Idaho Code 74-206(1)(e): To consider
preliminary negotiations involving matters of trade or
commerce in which the governing body is in competition with
governing bodies in other states or nations.
Cavener: I move we go into Executive Session as per Idaho State Code
74-206(1)(e).
Milam: Second.
De Weerd: It has been moved and seconded to go into Executive Session.
All those in favor
ALL AYES MOTION CARRIED.

Out of Executive Session at 6:02 pm
Cavener: I move we adjourn the Executive Session.
Milam: Second.
De Weerd: It has been moved and seconded to come out of Executive
Session. All those in favor
ALL AYES MOTION CARRIED.
Cavener: Move to adjourn.
Milam: Second.
De Weerd: A motion and a second to adjourn. All in favor
ALL AYES MOTION CARRIED.
