the appcararrce. lighting, signs. or in thc emission of noisc, funrcs, odors, vibrations, or electrical

Thc home occupation shall be conducted entircly in thc dwelling, and not morc than twcnty fivc
percent (25%) of 0rc ovcrall living area of said dwelling shall bc used for a homc occupation or for
storing goods associatcd with the homc occupation. An aLtachcd gange may bc uscd for a home
occupation providcd it shall not reducc thc requircd off strcet parking bclow thc standard
establishcd for that district and thc arca bcing uscd for thc hornc occupation is calculated to be no

No activity conncctcd to the home occupation or any storage of goods, matcrials, or products
connected wit} a homc occupation shall bc allowcd in any dctachcd accessory structure. (Ord. l4-

The home occupation shall not have more 0ran two (2) outgoing pick ups pcr day from a common
carrier.
The home occupation shall be conducted by Ore inhabitants of the dwelling, and no more than one
nonresideat employee shall be permitted.
The home occupation shall not serve as a hcadquarters or main office whcre employees come to
the site and are dispatched to o0rer locations.
No retail sales shall be permitted from the dwclling except the sale of l) serviccs or items
produced or fabricated on 0re premises as a result of tle home occupation; or 2) producus
secondarily related to the personal service aspect of tlre home occupation; or 3) products sold
online that are delivered to customers by mail.
Offsneet parking shall bc provided as set forth in section I l-3C-6 of this titlc. in addition to the
required off street parking for the dwelling.
All visis by cliens. customers, and/or employecs shall crccur bctwcen thc hours of eight o'clock
(8:00) A.M- and eight o'clock (8:00) P.M.
The horne occupation shall only be allowed as an accessory use to an all<lwed residcntial use.

by the City. As part of that approval tle City will inform my neighbors about my proposcd home
