I agree to operate my horrc occupalion consistent with the standards set fonh by the City of Meridiar.
Those regulations are listed in the Unified Developmen! Code (UDC) Section I I -4-3.21 and include the
following:

The home occupa,tion shall be conduaed entirely in the dwelling, and not mors thafl t\renty five
perccnt (257o) ofthe overall living area ofsaid dwelling shall be used for a home occupation or for

occupation prcvided it shall not reduce the required offstieet pafkiDg below the standard

The home occupation shall not ha\.e more than two (2) oulgoing pick ups per day ftom a common
carfier.
The home occupation shall be conducted by the inhabiraDts ofthe dwelling, and no morc than one
nonresident employee shall be permitted.
The home occupation shall not serve as a headquarters or main office rvhere employees come to
the site and are dispatched to other locations.
No retail sal€s shall be p€rmifted Aom tte dwelling except lhe sale oR l) s€rvic€s or items
produced or fabricated oll the premises as a result ofthe fiome occupation;
or 2) products
secondarily relatcd to the personal service aspect of the home occupation; or 3) producS sold
