Those regulations are listcd in the Unified Developmenl Code ( U DC ) Section I
I -4-3.2 I and include lhe
following:

occupalion provided it shall not reducc the required o[Istreel parking belo$ lhe standard
eslablished for that district and the area being used for lhe home occupation is calculaled to be no

connected with a home occupalion shall be allo\ed in an; detached accessor) struclurc. (ord. l4-

The home occupation shall nol have more than (rvo (2) oulgoing pick
ups per da1 from a common
carrier.
The home occupation shall be conducted b) thc inhabitanls ofthe d*elling, and no more than one
nonresident emplolee shall be permitted.
The home occupalion shall noI serve as a headquaners or main oflice where employees come lo
lhe site and are disparched to other locations,
No retail sales shall be pcrmined fiom the duelling ercept thc sale of: l) services or itcms
produced or fabricated on the premiscs as a result ofthc home occupation: or 2) products
secondarily related Io thc personal senicc aspect ofthe home occupation; or 3) products sold
online that are delivered to customers b! mail.
Offsrreet parking shall be provided as set fonh in section
1L-.i(-:o ofthis title. in addition to the
required o,Istreet parking for thc du'elling.
All visits b)' clients, customers. and"br employees shall rxcur between Ihe hours ofeight o'clock
(8:00) A.M. and eighl q'clock (8:00) P.M.
