Boise project approves of the plans for Bicentennial Sub No. 3 stamped and dated 1/17/2019 by
Robert L. Kazarinoff P.E.
Boise Project suggests that the developer contact the New York Irrigation District as soon as
possible for the lot separation and as to who will own and operate the pressurized irrigation
system for the subdivision.
This development is subject to Idaho Code 31-3805, in accordance, this office is requesting any
copies of the irrigation and drainage plans.
There are no Boise Project facilities located on the above-mentioned properties, however they do
in fact possess a valid water right.
Local irrigation/drainage ditches that cross this property, in order to serve neighboring
properties, must remain unobstructed and protected by an appropriate easement.
