Good morning, thank you for taking my call earlier this morning.
I wanted to provide a comment to the report:
Real Life Church is looking at/purchasing the building with the immediate parking lot only vs leasing the
building that is owned by different parties. Properties mentioned in the findings for the recommendation of
improvements to a parking lot will not be under the ownership of the church.

See below. Section F reads (to me) as if the city thinks you're purchasing the lot too. I think the
architects need to clarify this with them asap to make sure.
