Providing all storm drainage is retained on-site there will be no impact to Nampa & Meridian Irrigation
District (NMID) as this proposed project is outside of NMID boundaries. Therefore, no further review
will be required at this time.
If aqy surface drainage leaves the site, water flow will need to be reviewed and NMID will require a
filed Land Use Change Application for review prior to final platting. Please contact Elke Adams at

All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. It is recommended that irrigation water be
available to all developments within the NMID. Developers must comply with Idaho Code 31-3803.
