See attached preliminary renovation plan. The project also includes a limited number of circulation fans and humidity control measures as described in a document from Musgrove Engineers. INISGHTarchitects will produce working drawings to be used to secure a building permit, bidding, and construction. We understand the project team to be: ARCHITECT: INSIGHT architects CIVIL ENGINEER: NA STRUCTURAL ENGINEER: TBD MECHANICAL ENGINEER: Musgrove ELECTRICAL ENGINEER: Musgrove A. Notice to Proceed : We anticipate beginning work immediately and completed by the first of February 2019. e App B. Contractor : The project will be managed by utilizing Kreizenbeck Constructors as a construction manager. C. Project Kick-Off Meeting : A meeting was conducted on December 5 th . D. User Group Meetings: There will be several group meetings held on site or at another agreeable location. The purpose of these meetings is to refine the design parameters and make decision based upon discussions and receive approval to proceed to the next step. E. Project Schedule : User meetings December 20 th , 2018 Final design approval meeting TBD 95% construction documents approval TBD Final bid documents February 2019 F. Construction Documents: INSIGHTarchitects will develop construction documents using the approved preliminary design development drawings. INSIGHT’s deliverables are listed below: Architectural 1. Construction Bidding Assistance: INSIGHT and the design team will work with the City of Meridian to respond to contractor questions relating to the construction documents and prepare addenda if required. K. Construction Observation: INSIGHT anticipates the following tasks will be required during the duration of the construction process: 1. Pre Bid meeting 2. Pre-construction Meeting 3. Submittal reviews for the contractor 4. Periodic Site Visits to ensure design coordination and design intent 5. Design clarifications 6. Punch List 7. Final payment review 8. One year warranty walk through L. Fee Proposal We propose a fixed fee of $49,550.00 Schematic Design <$7,200.00> (minus previously invoiced) Design Development $12,500.00 Construction Documents $17,450.00 Bidding $2,500.00 Construction Administration $9,900.00 Total fee for this proposal $42,350.00 We will be invoicing on a monthly basis. If additional services are requested, they will be negotiated as the need arises. O.
