Project Description
Modification to include more lots in the first phase of construction and
relocate a common lot that includes a clubhouse a pool.

The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) reviewed the referenced final plat modification application and has the
following comments:
1. This project does not abut the State highway system.
2. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway.
3. IDAPA 39.03.60 governs advertising along the State highway system. The applicant may contact Justin Pond,
Program Manager for ITD's Headquarters Right -of -Way Section at (208) 334-8832 for more information.
4. ITD does not object to the modification to the subdivision as presented in the application.
