My day consists of back to back meetings so I typically don't see my emails until the end of the day. At that, it's unusual for me to see them before 7pm J apologize that I can't answer your questions directly as this remains an active application until final action by the City Council. I had asked Bill Nary, at our morning meeting to give you a call. He was going to try to touch base either this afternoon but no later than tomorrow. would love to meet after this is all said and done if you have a chance. I tried to keep my testimony calm, so I think the Italian side came out later O I hope you can function well today. I don't know how you guys do it all. I'll be writing an update to the 400+ people who signed petitions, etc this morning and just wanted to make sure my info is correct. So, if it wasn't in Sonya"s exhibit B and it wasn't in the motion, then it won't be in the DA, correct? So, the three main points: WinCo will operate deliver 24/7, with no noise restrictions Lot 16 buildings will not be built in phase one to help buffer noise The Bergman jog in place is the current traffic -calming measure. No dip or stop sign on the Developer's property is in the DA. Paramount HOA will need to pay/petition ACHD for stop signs on Barrymore/Bacall and Barrymore/Bergman. Other: No assurances in the DA that the library will be a civic use No sidewalks by Bergman will be developed in Phase one, so no walking routes from Paramount. No raised crosswalks constructed with the collector road (per ACHD and the city didn't recommend otherwise) No elevation design review on WinCo No "no trucks allowed" signs in Paramount, No wider walkways by WinCo or bike racks No assurances the residential section will stay residential and/or not be rezoned commercial or stepped up in density Linder Village can stay named Linder Village If the gateway feature is destroyed when Chinden is widened, it won't be replaced By the way, I had some great insights on the library. (But I couldn't offer those later) I spoke to Gretchen last week and she outlined the plan and it sounds promising. They are structuring it differently and the bond only needs 50% to pass. I am on the committee to get it passed. There has already been one meeting at the end of Nov. I didn't get to go because I was out of town, but I plan to continue helping. really do appreciate your time, service and everything. I really didn't think they wouldn't connect Bergman, but was hoping for some concrete measures in the DA because ACHD already shut us down . According to ACHD and the developer, they met the Bergman traffic calming measures when they made the jog in the road, so I'm pretty confident nothing will change. The developer only does it if it's in black and white. I've accepted that's the way they operate, which is why I fought so hard. know I previously said I didn't feel like it was us/them, but if I was honest, after last night, I was hoping for some points of compromise and the residents didn't get one item on our list. So, in the end, I feel like we lost to the city and that was why I was so disappointed. Have a great day, Sally
