We have reviewed staff comments for the hearing date of March 29,2005, and have the
following responses.
SITE SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL

The applicant will meet all tenns of the approved Preliminary Plat (PP-02-033), Planned
Development (CUP-02-049), and Development Agreement (Instrument No. 103085229).
