Re: 3515 W Torana Dr Response to Proposed Infance Daycare*
The board has received your communication and has stated the information provided regarding the proposed
home-business will cause increased traffic (up to 22 cars per day plus any employees) and that we must once
again deny the request.
Section 3. Home Occupations. Assuming all governmental laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances are
complied with, home occupations may be conducted from the interior of Dwelling Units provided such home
occupation do no increase the burdens on the streets with the Property (including increased traffic). If
the Association determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that a home occupation is increasing the
burden on the streets, the Association shall have the right to terminate any Owner's ability to conduct a home
occupation from his or her Dwelling Unit. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Declarant may conduct any business
operation it sees fit from any portion of the Property owned by it, regardless of the impact on the streets.
We're sorry we aren't able to accommodate your request. We do hope you're able to find an alternate location
for the business as we too feel this is a valuable business for the Treasure Valley. However, we feel
Bridgetower West neighborhood is not the appropriate location.

Hello,
I represent Bridgetower West HOA and am sending our written dispute for the proposed daycare at 3515 W. Torana Dr.
With drop-offs, pick-ups and additional cars from any employees, the HOA has determined that this activity will increase
the burden to the streets within the community and feel that a commercial location would be better suited for this type
of commercial activity, rather than a residential area. We kindly request the city take this information into consideration
before approving the requested permit.
