This property lies within the Nampa -Meridian hrigation District as noted in the application, but is serviced by the Boise Project Board of Control via the United States' Farr Lateral. It is stated on sheet 5, note 2, that this development will be serviced by a P.I. System which is owned and operated by Nampa -Meridian Irrigation District. Developers of this project need to contact NMID as soon as possible to discuss this project and the transfer of delivered water acres from Boise Project to Nampa -Meridian Irrigation District if this is the case. Boise Project Board of Control must receive a written response from the Nampa - Meridian Irrigation District as to who will own and operate the pressure irrigation system and who will provide the surface irrigation water prior to review and approval of an irrigation plan by Boise Project Board of Control.
