Located at 645 West Pine Avenue between NW 7t" St and NW 4t" St. in Meridian, this single
building multifamily project will replace the current structure for the same residential purpose.
This building will house four, two bedroom units.
On the exterior, board and batten and horizontal lap siding will be used, with stone veneer
accents and stained wood trim and fascia. Final colors will be selected from an earth -tone
palette with a green tint. Architectural asphalt shingles will also be used.
Landscaping will be provided in the form of large beds at the front of the property and
bordering the property as well. Grass will cover any areas not paved or landscaped.
Sufficient Lighting will be provided to illuminate the site for safety and security via wall- pack
lights and light poles from the street. All HVAC equipment will be screened from view from the
street by the building itself and additional landscaping.
This project will also include a piece of public art (to be selected) and a barbeque area open
to tenants. Said barbeque area will include seating and tables. ,

COMMITMENT OF PROPERTY POSTING
Per Unified Development Code (UDC) 11 -5A -5D, the applicant for all applications requiring a
public hearing (except for a UDC text amendment, a Comprehensive Plan text amendment
and/or vacations) shall post the subject property not less than ten (10) days prior to the hearing.
The applicant shall post a copy of the public hearing notice of the application(s) on the property
under consideration.
The applicant shall submit proof of property posting in the form of a notarized statement and a
photograph of the posting to the City no later than seven (7) days prior to the public hearing
attesting to where and when the sign(s) were posted. Unless such Certificate is received by the
required date, the hearing will be continued.
The sign(s) shall be removed no later than three (3) days after the end of the public hearing for
which the sign(s) had been posted.
I am aware of the above requirements and will comply with the posting requirements as stated in
UDC 11-5A-5.
