To the City Council,
I live on Bacall Street in Paramount subdivision and back up to this property. I am also the third house from
Bergman. I understand this project will probably be approved but I hope the council will consider several
things. Please do not give final approval until DMG has completed a signed deal with Brighton for access from Fox
Run. The alternative with a light at Bergman and Chinden is absolutely unacceptable. This would be a huge traffic
nightmare.
Bergman should not be the main access point to the development, especially during construction when trucks
and heavy equipment might be using a street not designed for that purpose.
Also, please require that WINCO limit deliveries to daytime hours. I can currently hear the deliveries at Fred
Meyer at night. This should be lessened with some structure in between. Moving more of the same noise closer is
worse for all Paramount residents.
The mayor called Paramount one of Meridian's premier subdivisions. Let's keep it that way with a proper
development.
