Thank you for taking time to share your thoughts and comments with your local elected leaders. As your Mayor, I
appreciate hearing what is on your mind and heart. I know your City Council members appreciate you weighing in as
well and sharing your opinion on the issues that they will be making decisions on.
Because this project is part of an open application, our City Council members are prohibited from commenting
outside the public hearing. We take public feedback seriously and want you to know that we have received your

Linder Village
Message:
Just would like to voice our support for the Linder Village project on SE Corner of Chinden and Linder. I
understand the concerns of some of the residents. I had many of the same concerns when the Walmart on 10 Mile
and McMillan was being built. However, the worries of increased crime and overwhelming traffic simply have
not come to pass. I feel that the improvements to Chinden (20/26) are increasingly necessary, and this seems to

be a well-designed project for the area. I also feel that the developers have made many improvements/redesigns
based on neighborhood input - there will be no way to satisfy everyone, especially when many detractors just
want it to remain farmland. Thank you for your time,
