Every child in Paramount is in a walk zone and we have a 55+ community. We are happy to connect it to the residential portion of Linder Village. PLEASE limit Winco's deliveries to 6am-1 1pm. Every other store in the area agreed to limited operating AND delivery hours. Winco already has a competitive advantage operating 24/7, the least they could do is limit deliveries so families can sleep at night.
