Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the above -referenced
application as it lies outside of district boundaries. Please contact Mack Myers with Settlers
Irrigation, at 208-344-2471, P.O. Box 7571 Boise, ID 83707 for any further comments.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID will need to review drainage
plans. The developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
