It does not belong there among a prime residential subdivision. It is too BIG and wants to be open 24/7. This is not acceptable. Since our home is just a short distance from said structure, that alone is going to make my home values drop and cause noise and extra lights, traffic etc.then comes the people that don't belong in the neighborhood loitering and trashing the areas . So much for our beautiful neighborhood. We've been told there is going to be a library, not going to happen for a long time ... these are all smoke to get what they want..there are so many better suited areas for a Winco to go than in the Linder Village. We feel that there could be a beautiful village if done correctly and not a Winco as a anchor store..that is just ludicrous. Stop being so greedy. Anyone on the planning and zoning or city councils would not like it one bit if this was going right beside your homes. As for making any of the streets inside of Paramount subdivision is a joke. The streets were not made for 2way traffic. They are too narrow. Please reconsider If this has to go there then: 1. Ask Winco to, at a minimum, restrict delivery hours and operating hours. 2. Consider a different road design to discourage using Paramount as a cut -through to the commercial area. Residents will still have access from the neighborhood through Bountiful Commons and Fox Run. At the very least, they should consider traffic calming measures at access points. Children's safety should not be put at risk for the convenience of drivers. 3. Ensure all ITD and ACHD suggested road improvements which would accommodate Phase 1 are completed PRIOR to the opening of any stores. 4. Require the developer to break up the Mid -Anchor stores.
