The proximity of an elementary school to the proposed Winco is alarming to me, especially with the nearby high
school's students cutting through the neighborhood to get to it. My kids, like many others in the neighborhood, walk
through the neighborhood to/from a charter school bus stop, and frequently are out walking as high school students
are driving to/from school. Please insist the developers adopt the following suggestions:
1. Ask Winco to, at a minimum, restrict delivery hours (if not its operating hours).
2. Consider a different road design to discourage using Paramount as a cut -through to the commercial area.
Residents will still have access from the neighborhood through Bountiful Commons and Fox Run. At the very least,
they should consider traffic calming measures at access points. Children's safety should not be put at risk for the
convenience of drivers.
3. Require the developer to break up the Mid -Anchor stores.
