Project Name FERGUSON PARKING ADDITION
Project Location 586 North Locust Grove Road, west of SH-55 milepost 37.25
Project Description
Conditional use permit modification to reduce the amount of open space
approved with a previous PUD (CUP-05-016) to construct additional parking
on the site adjacent to Locust Grove Road, by B&A Engineers in order to
accommodate an additional 52 regular parking spaces, 1 van accessible space
and 5 handicapped spaces yielding a total of 58 additional spaces.

The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) reviewed the referenced conditional use permit modification application
and has the following comments:
1. This project does not abut the State highway system.
2. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway.
3. IDAPA 39.03.60 governs advertising along the State highway system. The applicant may contact Justin Pond,
Program Manager for ITD’s Headquarters Right-of-Way Section at (208) 334-8832 for more information.
4. ITD does not object to the expansion of the existing Ferguson Enterprises parking lot as presented in the
application.
