Hello,
Linder Village - Changes for a better Meridian
I have lived in Meridian over 18 years almost 10 years as a resident of Paramount. I understand
growth is going to happen and I enjoy the benefits of that growth with more access to more options. My
hope is that we can be diligent now about shaping the growth to protect a great Meridian in the future. I
support the Linder Village growth with the following considerations:
1. WinCo agrees, at a minimum to restrict delivery hours.
2. Considerations are made to modify the road design connecting Paramount sub -division to Linder
Village. We have enough traffic through this subdivision for the high school. This will certainly bring
more through traffic.
3. The mid -anchor store footprint still exceed the max 30,000sf allowed by the Mixed Use Community
guidelines. I would like to see this site not feel like every other commercial strip mall in the valley.
4. Access point at Bergman: Please do not allow a full stop light at Bergman / Chinden with access in
and out going all directions.
Thank You,
Kaylyn Nichols
